Ridgeview Sports Performance Camps are designed to help the student-athlete train in preparation for their upcoming sport season. Our sports performance specialists, along with our staff of athletic trainers, many with Master’s Degrees in exercise physiology have developed a professional model that provides proven performance programming. All male and
female student-athletes grades 9-12 are encouraged to register! Sessions aim to maximize athletic performance through fundamental strength and power training, as well as speed, agility and plyometrics. Instruction in proper body mechanics and technique will not only enhance athletic performance, but decrease the risk of sport-related injury. Please select T-shirt size when you register; AS, AM, AL, AXL, AXXL. Meet in the Waconia High School Weight Room on the fi rst day. A summer schedule of HS and MS locations will be provided to participants as the first day appoaches. Register early, space is limited! Registrations are on a first-come first serve basis. Sorry, we cannot offer a refund/transfer/credit without 6 business days notice to the session start date.
